Plain language, no fine print. This is the policy home for the AMG applications (this site, Atlas the Receptionist, Chamber AI Advantage, AI Memory Guard, and aimarketinggenius.io), operated by AMG from Revere, Massachusetts (“we”).

1. What we collect
- Contact details you give us (name, number, email) when you call, chat, book, or ask us anything.
- Call and chat content when you use our lines and widgets: what you say to Atlas and what it says back, plus the message summaries we text.
- Usage records for metered plans: minutes, counts, timestamps.
- Standard server logs: IP address, device type, pages visited.
2. Why
To deliver the service (answering your line means processing your calls), to bill metered plans, to support and secure the systems, and to improve the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers on these properties.
3. Who sees it
Us, and service providers under contract who carry the work (telephony, payments, hosting), each limited to what their job needs. No data brokers. No “marketing partners” list.
4. How long we keep it
- Call and chat records: kept for service quality and billing disputes, and deleted on request. See Data deletion.
- Usage records: as long as the account is active, plus any period the law requires for financial records.
- Server logs: a bounded security window.
5. Security
Encrypted transport; access limited to the team operating the service; backups that are actually tested by scheduled restore drills; monitoring that alerts a human, not a dashboard nobody reads. If we ever have a reportable incident, affected people get told directly, not a footnote.
6. Your rights
Ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. The fastest route is the phone number above; every request is honored across all the AMG applications.
7. AI processing, plainly
Calls and chats with Atlas are handled by AI systems we operate and audit. Recordings and transcripts exist to prove the service worked, yours to request and yours to delete. We don’t use your call content to train public models.
8. Children
These services are for businesses and aren’t directed to children under 13.
9. Changes
This page is the current version and carries its date at the top. Material changes get the same date bump at the top.
