Terms of service
The short version: these terms cover AMG services — the plans and prices on the Pricing page, and any engagement we sign in writing. The written agreement for your engagement wins over this page where they differ.

1. Services
What we provide is described on this site: websites, AI answering and chat, hosting, audits, fractional leadership, and custom builds. Metered voice plans follow the ladder published at Pricing: included minutes, $0.35/min opt-in overage, notification at 80% and 100%, a per-line maximum call length, and no unlimited tiers.
2. Metering
A billable minute is 60 seconds of connected AI handling. Ring time, tests, and vendor-caused failures aren’t billed to you. Your usage ledger is visible to you.
3. Trials
The trial is 20 minutes of live answering, no card required, within a 14-day window.
4. Payment
Plans bill monthly in advance; overage is billed only where you opted in. Custom builds follow milestone payments of 40% (approved scope), 40% (sandbox acceptance), 20% (environment acceptance, handover, documentation, restore drill). Accepted milestones are earned; they don’t refund because plans changed later.
5. Usage pricing changes
Voice usage pricing is provisional while delivered cost is being measured; it can change on written notice. Fixed quotes change only in writing.
6. Your stuff and our work
In custom builds you receive the contracted deliverables and deployment materials and can keep them running with no AMG subscription. Third-party licenses and model-vendor rights remain with their owners; every external dependency is documented at handover.
7. What we don’t promise
No guaranteed revenue, savings, or business outcomes. We promise the service described, performed with professional care, measured honestly, and supported by people who answer. Marketing and systems engineering are not licensed professional advice (legal, accounting, tax, medical) — don’t use them as such.
8. Outages and support
We monitor what we run and page a human when it breaks. Planned maintenance gets notice. Service levels for your engagement, if any, live in your written agreement — not implied here.
9. Termination
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Custom-build engagements end per their signed scope. On cancellation you can request your data per Data deletion.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us for the service at issue in the three months before the claim.
11. Governing law
Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes go through a real conversation first — the phone number on the Contact page — before anyone files anything.
12. Changes
Dated at the top; continued use after a change is acceptance.
